haha jennifer, don't worry about it, the people who run the blood drive need to be that careful to prevent things like what happened to your dad from happening. I mean even if there was a 1% chance that something was wrong with your blood, if it were fatal to that 1 patient out of 100 who gets that faulty blood, isn't it better to save 1 life and prevent a few people from donating blood? you did the right thing by making the decision to donate blood, hope you feel better!
