Apparently, I'm the only person who is bothered by this, as I have tweeted to the HBO Now and HBO Now Help accounts a few times - going back a few months - and never get a reply.

I'm not a programmer, but don't Apple's APIs for tvOS easily enable this for developers? Even the Plex & PBS apps on App TV have voice search!

You are incorrect regarding HBO NOW on Apple TV (HD). Voice search is definitely not implemented within the app - you are presented with a horizontal alphabet row, and have to click letter-by-letter to search.

If I have to go buy a new Apple TV to continue to watch HBO NOW - and they don’t update their goddamn app to support voice search , I’m gonna really be really pissed.

Edit: Turns out I actually have the 4th gen Apple TV HD - but still - I can’t be the only HBO NOW user frustrated by lack of voice search - even my Plex app has it!

Another aspect of the film that was way ahead of its time, is that there is a complete gender role reversal between Jude Law and Jennifer Jason Leigh's characters.
