Western release, please! I was told that apparently Sega's attempts to bring the series here flopped in the past but with the first game in Yakuza Kiwami 2 there's got to be at least a handful of people who want to see more of it.

I have definitely been involved with pirating software at one point or another, but I always keep it to the "gray area" when it comes to those titles. Because of licensing red tape with older PC games like No One Lives Forever, Blade Runner and MechWarrior, the only way I have experienced those games is through some kind of warez release (usually with much tweaking on my end to make them run). I've dabbled in emulation too, sometimes using it to play uber expensive games like Panzer Dragoon Saga and Sylphia.

That said, if by some miraculous reason a rerelease of said software does happen through GOG or some other platform, I will totally be on it (System Shock 2 was one such case). Same applies to ROMs, I experienced Axelay and MUSHA through emulation before finally buying them on Virtual Console.

I refuse to be interested in anything this company does until they give a release date for 90's Super GP, a game they have been sitting on for over 4 years now with zero information beyond "we changed the name and it's coming to Switch." Nicalis are scam artists.

Harmony Gold is a trash fire of a company that was or is run by a guy convicted for tax evasion, and all they have to sell people on is this (and several comics that have traced art) instead of US releases of Macross: Do You Remember Love or the Blu-rays for Macross Plus.

Nice job throwing DQ fans under the bus again with this, Square Enix. Is VII going to be mobile phone only here too? I'm boycotting them for good if they keep pulling this garbage. I'm surprised people even WANT this, because buying it won't give us the 3DS games or DQX but more stupid churned out mobile crap with awful portrait resolution and terrible scaling. If they troll us this way on DQVII there's gonna be blood.

But it's even MORE of a kick in the junk because the 3DS is region locked! I know it's not XSEED's fault but I'm really angry MORE than ever now because I'd have to buy another $200 console just to play the game and then fumble through Japanese menus! I'm VERY close to banging on Namco Bandai's doors about this.

BS? Sega would be reviled if they shut down Atlus USA. It's not BS. The fact that some people actually still think Atlus USA is screwed even when their CEO has said they will do business as normal is just appalling.
