Rather than a unix based system I'm using windows. Almost
everything worked as described (I'm using Subversion Edge) however the
sed commands needed a little tweaking for me.

I'm using the GnuWin32 version of sed and had to alter the parameters a little.
This is the command that I used

sed -b "s_Node-path: trunk/Websites/bradfordastronomy.co.uk_Node-path: trunk_g" < bradford.svn > bradford2.svn

instead of -i I decided to use the < and > commands, so that I didn't overwrite my work in progress.
also, I needed to use the -b switch, this is the binary switch. Without it, the windows version did not process the entire file.

This was very straight forward to follow. Thank you for a brilliant post that helps to simplify splitting repositories.

Re: Anatomy of an iPhone wallpaper

I love this idea. Just got an iPhone a couple of weeks ago myself. I'm getting inspired to setup my telescope and take some astrophotos, then use this template to make some awesome astro based wallpaper.
