Online poker is not illegal . Those sites that were shut down were caught not paying tax on the money that they were getting .. so they got shut down. . but there are still some Sites up and running that are Cash games & tournaments one that comes to mind is " Bovada Poker " still has real money play and it's just like Full tilt & poker stars .
