On Facebook, select the album, then select "Edit album info", then select the "Delete" tab.

Facebook made a change that caused this - the latest (7.4.2) includes a fix for this issue and is available on our website (http://www.yoono.com)

Appreciate the feedback Jesse. As noted here, we are somewhat constrained by Twitter in where we can place the ads. We obviously also are trying to strike the right balance between effectiveness (clicks) and user experience which is always hard with ads. We will have both an ad supported free version for iPhone as well as a paid ad free version.

Thanks for your feedback. Understand that we have to deliver value to you for you to be willing to pay to remove the ads - hopefully we will be able to do that for you. Unfortunately as much as we'd love services like twitter and flickr to pay us, it's simply not the business reality at the moment.

Hey there - we are eager to implement a sync feature but it's a big project we haven't had the time/resources to tackle quite yet. So not at first, but it's something we understand (even as users ourselves) that there is significant value in. Thanks for your patience and hope you'll check us out when we launch!

Thanks for your understanding. Which ads are you referring to exactly? Please let us know as we can relay that information to our ad partner and eventually they should have the ability for us to block certain ads or types of ads.

Thanks for the feedback - definitely don't want to lose you as a user. Ad quality should improve over time but if there are particular ads that you find "a pain in the ass", please let us know so we can relay that to our ad partner. We didn't consider the size of a single update to be a large amount of real estate but understand you might feel differently.

Thanks for the feedback Bob. On your points:

- Agreed, relevance is not great at the moment but should improve as the inventory of ads increases. Some areas have geographically targeted ads already but some do not.

- We are somewhat limited by the Terms of Use of Twitter on location but the ads effectively take the space of one update and scroll out of view as you scroll. Sorry if you feel that is too intrusive.

- Understand, we are working on a paid ad-free version as an alternative for users and hope to have that available soon.

James - appreciate the thoughtful feedback, we are definitely interested in all sides of this issue. Some thoughts:

- we agree in an ideal world we would test with a small group of users and launch at the same time we have a paid ad-free version unfortunately with the small team we have we didn't have the resources to do that quickly

- some users seem to like the placement of the ads, some don't. It's possible we'll try a location such as the one you suggest but we've tried that exact location previously and the results are very poor. At the end of the day we need to maximize revenue from the ad supported version and give users who don't want ads a paid alternative and that's what we'll do (soon hopefully!).

- Ad relevance is minimal now as our ad partner ramps up their inventory - it will improve over time but it's not going to happen overnight. Local ads (may not be seeing any in your geography depending on inventory) are very contextual and are generating huge click thrus right now so we know it will work when inventory catches up.

- We've been pleasantly surprised by the user feedback actually - most users seem very supportive and those who are not seem willing to pay to remove the ads. Unquestionably we will lose some users but unfortunately that comes with the territory and those users likely will find similar ads in competitive products already or very soon.

Thanks again for the feedback and sorry to lose you as a user - maybe you'll reconsider down the road when we have a paid option.

We like the functionality to block or dislike certain ads as a way to refine the types of ads you are shown but that's functionality our ad partners (currently ad.ly) would need to support. Hey meetloaf13 - yes, it works a bit differently in Chrome due to some of the limitations it has relative to Firefox. To share something, click on the "share" button in the far lefthand pane of Yoono and you should see the share bar appear on top of each of the pages/tabs you have open in Chrome. Initially the paid version will just remove the ads but longer term we agree that it is probably better to have the paid version include additional functionality.
