Things are working well, even was able to install my old HD as a second HD on the new system.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Only problem is that while the system recognizes the 8 GB RAM, only 4 GB is available.  Resource monitor indicates the other 4 GB as "hardware reserved" which is way more than I would think was needed.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've looked around, and it appears a memory remap might fix this.  Can this motherboard do that?  Or is there some other solution?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(Edit:  I've put in a question to Gigabyte about this also.
