Not only that, but in order to get the full $500, you have to use it to buy further travel, so your denominator goes up by $500. (Otherwise if you're just redeeming on past purchases, you only get $400). Whereas the $440 can be used to pay off travel you've already purchased.

Re: Google Wallet mobile payment service, Google Offers announced

Why do you hate Google so much?

Re: Google Wallet mobile payment service, Google Offers announced

The transaction costs that Visa and Mastercard charge are pretty slim. I had no idea Hulu had so many great options, and Boxee introduced me to them. I likely will not use Hulu moving forward, because its just so unintuitive.

It is important to understand the demographic of the people who use Bittorrent and the people who use Boxee: they're about the same. Boxee came along and gave people who pirate a reason not to pirate anymore, and instead watch the ad-supported content. The response from NBC and FOX is seemingly to reject this medium. The pirates who gave up pirating to utilize Hulu through Boxee aren't going to revert to Hulu, they're going to revert to piracy.

NBC has a history of missing the mark with digital distribution. iTunes made it easy for people to pay for their TV shows, and NBC universal took issue with that.
