True story. I used to pick up cars for the feds. You would NOT BELIEVE the condition these government cars were in when we got them back -- normal on the outside, but filthy as hell on the inside.

Fast food packages, personal junk, trash...

It was agreed between us that the reason this went on was because, basically, it wasn't their car, they didn't have a dime in it, so why should they care?
