It’s in your flyer!”&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(The customer pulls out a flyer and points at the TV in question.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Me: “Sir, that’s a [similarly named brand, but nothing to do with the other brand] TV, not a [Brand]. Before clicking on the links, I did the usual checks, and noticed that there were some red flags (mouse-over of hyperlinks showed a website that did not mention Subway). So I did what I usually do when I have a few minutes to hand, and forward the phishing email to the company being impersonated.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I got an email back that this was not a phishing email, but  genuine one.  It turns out that their website and email addresses do not include the word "Subway" (at that time; no idea if things have changed).
