Had previously disabled AI features, after updating and checking the new settings they are still disabled. 👍

Ubuntu overlay scrollbars were a thing yes, but only for GTK3 apps. There were a couple of addons and styles to try to emulate how they look (look for "overlay scrollbar" at userstyles dot org).)
