It has the glow when you hover over it, also when you right-click the taskbar and slide over the start button it stats glowing

I think you also failed to mention, that if you drag a window to the top of the screen, it will maximize and if you pull a window away from screen it will restore "down"... i love windows 7 though!

The ONLY thing keeping mr from Windows 7, as I have the CD, is driver crap, although maybe I could dual boot...

What is the time zone of the Disqus system and your email? Because I'm pretty sure that when people use the web client, it doesn't do that. I think you should keep Disqus because of the threads and besides, time doesn't matter...does it?
