Going to the FIRST finals last year was a truly eye-opening experience. I fully encourage people to go--or, if they can't make it to Atlanta, visit one of the regionals. Warning: chances are high you'll leave wanting to volunteer for them next year!

Online English-to-Latin translator programs are disappointing. At least, I struck out when trying to create a latin version of one proposed Google Lunar X PRIZE slogan ("Launch the @#$@ing mission already!")

Solid, though I wouldn't go as far as to say spectacular. I agree with your description in the body of the post. The meat patty seemed a little small, but the toppings were good and in good proportions. I had bacon on mine, and the bacon was quite tasty!

Another solid thing in C.C.'s favor: cheap! The Bacon-Cheeseburger combo meal (fries and drink) was about $7--not bad for a served-on-an-actual-plate burger.

I always love to see how well our teams get along. Some of the stories from the Northrop Grumman Lunar Lander X PRIZE Challenge--where we literally had teams staying up all night to help their competitors get ready for a launch--are genuinely heart warming! It's great to see this tradition spreading to the Google Lunar X PRIZE, with some friendly camaraderie between teams.
