Dr. Pankey, a former Assemblies of God ordained minister, first started his studies in the area of early Christianity and Judaism. In more recent years, his interests have lead him East, to an intensive study of Hinduism and Buddhism with a particular interest in India. Professor Pankey is a full-time Associate Professor at Harper College in Palatine IL. Besides being a librarian he also teaches Introduction to Philosophy, Ethics, Death & Dying and Introduction to Western Culture II. Professor Pankey has taught philosophy and biblical studies at home and abroad. In addition, he has traveled repeatedly to India.
