In the state of Ohio, it is required by state law for police to announce that a DUI check point will occur in a county 2 days prior and then its specific location (intersection) and start/stop time 24 hours before. CSR's are now saying that approximately 5000 orders placed yesterday "got stuck" and were not processed until later yesterday.
