Someone in the legal community needs to give this man a hand. At the moment, there doesn't seem to be much information in the public domain about what he said in the restaurant that upset the server so much. The lawyer needs to use whatever legal tools he has to pry loose the police report. He also needs to get the gentleman and his friend together and try to piece together their conversation. It couldn't hurt to publish this reconstruction, providing that there are not some dark aspects to it. As with so many of these stories--nothing seems right about this situation. Only sunlight can help now.

This kind of insanity deserves hours of rebuttal.

If one were to look around the world and take a look at the books published by country (and culture), it becomes clear that people of European descent are writing and being published in much greater numbers than non-European countries. Why is that, one might ask? Lots of reasons—but individualism and economic freedom certainly play heavily into this situation.

Public libraries should not be used to destroy our American culture. If one were to look at books written by non-European writers—what kinds of ideas would these books promote? China currently publishes more books than the US. Or what about Africa.? The average GDP/per capita is barely $6,000. What kind of life experience could Americans glean from books about the average African? Of 52 countries generally considered to be African, about half of them have a literacy rate of less than 66%.

Anyone want to see our libraries replace books that reflect our history and see the libraries promote Maoism, and the collectivist ideas that China and other Communist countries promote?

It’s very difficult to believe that our libraries should become a tool of our cultural suicide.

The LAUSD's employment data is available from an organization called: Transparent California.. Using this data, a job title inventory was developed for the LAUSD's employees. Such a analysis shows where a school district is spending its money. The idea is to determine how much is spent on teachers and how much is spent on other staff not directly involved with teaching. It's always eye-opening to look at this data and see where school districts like the LAUSD is spending its money:

When hurricanes bash our southern and eastern coasts, local emergency responders, and FEMA show up with supplies, temporary housing and support personnel for the local communities that need more resources to get back on their feet.

The State and local authorities are primarily responsible for making and executing plans for disaster response and While FEMA is not generally responsible for managing the recovery process, it’s clear that Federal dollars and Federal resources are needed to oil the wheels of the machinery needed to get recovery operations of devastated communities needing disaster relief. On many occasions, FEMA has provided trailers and tents to disaster survivors—so why not here? Has California asked FEMA for the same level of support that other States do when disaster strikes there?

Jerry Brown has spent a lot of time running around the world promoting his views on “climate change”, just recently charging climate change deniers with exacerbating the unfolding "tragedies" in his state. Recently the Legislature has promoted spending at least one billion dollars on health care for illegal aliens. One can only wonder who in the Legislature is thinking about how to fight these devastating wildfires instead of inviting more people to illegally enter our country?

So, who was this guy working for? Did he use House computers, or his own? If he is not currently employed for an elected official, how did he get access to this information? Is it possible he illegally removed information from government computers and then stored that information on his own computers. If he's done this once--has he done it before?

Has the media requested statements from those Dims for which he worked?
