"federal limits apply." Those words are the only difference. You can still be a registered voter, you know, just voting in the state and local races.

Ya so my debit card magnetic strip is not working so good at the stores. I go to the bank and they send me a new card in the mail. The new card comes, every thing is fine. about a month later the service stops. It says call customer service with the code 729. Ok I call and they tell me I'm behind payments. Ok how much is it. $540, WTF! I tell them that $540 is not happening this month and further more I'm one month behind, not five. they can't give me an explanation of the bill over the phone. Talking to them is a waste of my time, hours on hold. So not I'm trying to use the email feature. That they seem to not respond to email with anything other that call customer service.
I'm happy with the service, I would like to continue, I explained that to them, so they send a box for the receivers and now want an $1066. I'm thinking of sending them a bill for storing the receivers and leasing the dish space on my house.

Their so WHACKED!
