ANYONE disignated to THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM, must be a FIRST CLASS driver. A driver who MUST be free from ALL DRUGS. A driver WHO must be EXPERIENCE, and ROAD safety educated. A person who must be FULLY CERTIFIED by the Transport Authority, with A VALID drivers licence, Insurance, vehicle must be OWNED by someone, and that VEHICLE must be CERTIFIED by the police and transport authority to be FIT and ROAD worthy.. THE DRIVER must always be given some PEP talk, in respect of the LESSONS received, BEFORE such driver got in the vehicle to transport those passengers. TOO many un-educated, dumb, drivers without insurance, licence, ownership certified to someone, or un-worthy vehicle on the road. WHAT a wonderful example of DECENT, RESECTABLE, HONEST and AMBITOUS people in Jamaica. LOOKING at this REMIND me of the days when my father usually help others to fork their lands, burn their bushes and build houses with other people. It was the wonderful days of sharing and helping each other to move up, without any criminality. AGAIN I remember no one could ever STEAL from any other person's property. BEING caught they would be whipped and the DISTRICT constable called to arrest them.

MANY of those motorist USED different names at the time they were charged, and the POLICE did not make detail checks of those motorists.
Some were just charged, something collected and ticket submitted with errors. Under no circumstances can those people be found. ASKED all motorists who OWED tickets to come in VOLUNTARY and do a PLEA bargain. FAILING to come in, and then CAUGHT, the fine must be DOUBLED plus imprisonment. THIS warning must be put out to them, so in FAILING to accept, will put them im double ttrouble.
