Strong tea for really heavy periods - strong tea. It will work within half an hour. It appears that milk and sugar do not affect the cure but tea must be strong, preferably two bags. Tea coagulates - coffee thins the blood. Leave the coffee off while having heavy period.
Used coffee grounds as a facial scrub. Some coffees leave a brown oily residue so experimentation is necessary. Really good for oily skin people.
Epsom salts in food will turn a person off their alchohol so good for serious AA people. Epsom salts in food will also assist with cramping as will magnesium phosphate tablets. I have found this effective for irritable leg syndrome that used to drive me crazy and wake me at night.

obviously the person doesn't know that breastfeeding a baby involves holding it which is what you need to do hen crossing a street what the baby does with that time should not be in question.

I think you should just sell the book in your shop for the recommended price, without any fancy stuff, except nice smiles and conversations of course and maybe even the odd signature and leave it at that. Some people are happy and can pay full price, others may never get to look inside the cover if they would have to pay full price. Don't feel ashamed. Cherrie

Aye as in all in favour say "aye". I totally agree. There used to be big thing about quality time versus quantity. If you did some really good things for 6 minutes it was better than slack things for an hour. That sort of thing. I never agreed and after wrecking the lives of a number of kids the 'experts' are beginning to find out that they didn't know much. If you are guided by love for your children and less interested in accumulating the best for their futures I think you will be a better parent. Because NOW is the only time you have to be their parent.

Only two dresses? It would take me a month t o make even one! You sure are a hard worker. i finished off a couple of bags and dropped them off which was great because one of the girls needed cheering up having just broken her collarbone. Cherrie

I haven't taken the challenge as such but have decided to only buy secondhand for three months. I need to find a style of clothing that suits my increased body and it was not working by just buying clothes at cheap shops. If I had all the money in the world I could find what I want for my figure but I haven't got that advantage and have actually been wasting money buying clothes that look poorly on me. That is why I have decided to buy only secondhand and to remodel most of these to suit my figure. I haven't the fortitude at the moment to make from scratch and am getting a kick out of remodeling. I am also finding this liberating as my creative soul is now able to soar as well. Cherrie

Why can't anyone reach for the sky with their blog? Soulemama did and we love her for it. Their are many copycats in life - just look in any library. I just hat it when people are conceited about themselves. Your work may be the best but does that make you the best. No. Arrogance hurts others, demeans everyone else. On the subject of negatives I think it ought to be alright to name bloggers who totally and blatantly steal the exact same concepts of pieces. Surely that is not illegal as the one in the right would have a date to prove they were in the right. Basically I agree with the previous four comments. Cherrie
