Thanks for the link to that article. While I was eating lunch today, the TV was set on FOX and I saw an ad for that story. It's a neat story of how that one guy escaped all of that hatred.

It would seem to me that a Christian response, instead of brokering a "cease fire," would be to facilitate forgiveness. It's only as each side learns to forgive and lay aside their hatred that any lasting peace will happen there.

I'm a gamer from way back. I have a whole shelf of, appropriately called, "book shelf games" from a now-defunct company called Avalon Hill. I'm sure that was before all you-all's time.

Just one thought. Use a "cookie" to remember what the user selected on the previous visit and make that the default displayed on any return visits.

Yes, it does matter. If you claim (ie: use the same email addy) then I believe you get notices. If you are registered on the Disqus site, well then I know for certain that you are notified of all comments wherein you have participated.

Eddy, did you get my email on the code for this? For some reason, I am unable to comment in the box above, but can place my comments here as replies to other comments. The only thing I see missing from your code that I have in mine is an ending iframe tag </iframe>

That wasn't in the code from Disqus, but I seem to remember getting that as a tip from one of their forums.

Some of the earlier posts have the blog's name and the post title. Other, more recent comments have the blog name and the description that I added on that configure page.

I know you are telling me how things are SUPPOSED to work, but I'm trying to point out how I'm experiencing the service. FWIW, my blog posts are NEVER titled "Random Transparency." That is the descriptor tag that I typed into the configure page.

I have a user reporting a similar error. Here's what she wrote to me:

"After commenting the screen will reload and reload again continuously without stopping until I close the window or tab that this blog is open on. I use the Beta Firefox on a PC that runs with Windows XP."

Any ideas yet what might be causing this problem?

I use Firefox version 2.0.0.14 on a Mac, and I haven't seen any problem.
