I found this website that i linked to my name above actually found them in facebook, just click on my name to go there, dont worry, you dont need to be a facebook member. They had me up and running 4.0 right away and i now have complete access to their Apple developers account with my own user ID and password. It was worth it, just my 2 cents for anyone who is in the same boat i was.

I was able to get instant access when i went to www.activateiphone.net they gave me a dev account password and sign on info so i could download the newest betas myself. best money i have ever spent. used them last year for 3.0 and again this year. highly recommended

My brand new 32gb 3g s was giving me problems anytime i would plug in my charger, the screen would flash and go crazy. I did not want to wait for a new phone from apple so i found the website i linked to my name above and got Apple developers account access and installed 3.1 beta and this fixed my problem. hope that helps someone else.
