I am not necessarily for the new health care plan and don't want to get into that debate with you! Just wanted to tell you that I hope you are feeling better soon and I can totally relate with you about the not going to the doctor sooner! I was sick with gallbladder problems for a year and kept putting off going to the doctor because we had no insurance! I finally had such a horrible attack (lasted 8 hours) I had no other choice but to go to the ER and be seen. It really sucks to feel like you can't take care of yourself. Good luck :) Keep me posted on how you are doing.

I honestly find that if I turn on Smile Fm ( a christian radio station) it puts me in a much better mood! The music is so uplifting! I also like to Scrapbook. Being outdoors is another way I like to unwind. We kayak, camp, hunt and snowmobile! All of these make me feel better and help me unwind!
