Do you see a notification being sent in zencoder dashboard at the very bottom where is lists the progress of different tasks?

If you do, can you tell me how you use zencoder_fetcher?

Thank you very much for pointing it out. I missed the line in video model where I put a `serialize :meta_info, Hash` directive. I've updated the code now. It should work.

After encoding process, Zencoder returns metadata about the video. This metadata has duration of the video. See the Video#duration method in code example to know how to access it.
