So as far as I know, the whole movie is about a clown with bad gas.

Re: Super Mario Bros. 2: Music vs. Music

The SMB2 opening theme might not be a remix of the underwater music, but it's close enough that I think it was supposed to be a take on it. Speaking of which, the ending theme to Super Mario World seems heavily inspired by the SMB2 overworld music. Maybe it's just because I'm used to it, but I generally prefer the SMB2 music to its Doki Doki Panic predecessors. It seems a little more complete.

Re: Super Mario Bros. 2: Stopwatch

Isn't there a stopwatch character in Diddy Kong Racing?

Re: Aeris

And FF characters can generally survive things a lot worse than a sword in the back. "Young men in college always have to take their medicine, one way or another," observed the Wizard, with a smile; "and, as our Professor says, these School Pills have proved to be a great success. One day while I was making them I happened to drop one of them, and one of Billina's chickens gobbled it up. A few minutes afterward this chick got upon a roost and recited 'The Boy Stood on the Burning Deck' without making a single mistake. Then it recited 'The Charge of the Light Brigade' and afterwards 'Excelsior.' You see, the chicken had eaten an Elocution Pill."

Re: Ever Changing Video Game Industry

The stories in the instruction booklets, probably. You get to go to the magical Land of Oz, BUT you're accompanied by a lunatic clown who posses everybody off.

Notta doesn't bother me as much as he does a lot of readers, perhaps because this was the fourth Oz book I read, and I never had an issue with clowns. His insistence on always remaining in character has to reflect some sort of mental illness, though.

Re: Lit Brick: Sequential Comedies of Literature

I think Betsy Bobbin has been getting fashion tips from Daphne from Scooby-Doo, or vice versa.

The Wizard being calm was a plot point that was never explored. I have to wonder if it was just stuck in because Neill had already drawn the picture. Same with the very brief appearance of the Tin Woodman in the palace.

Re: What if you play Zelda’s Lullaby backwards?

That would make Adventure of Link a lot easier.

Re: Troutcave Comics: The Mad Comicry of John S.
