I find it baffling that in a review of an opera named after the lead character – one of the most famous and controversial women in Western history – this review's first comment and lead image are both of men! I saw three of these performances and I can agree that the entire cast were superb, but it was truly Anna and Seymour's show and this review doesn't do that justice.

I was lucky, the area I grew up in New Jersey had marvelous public schools and a unified high school district with "magnet" programs. I started in the business one thinking that if I hated it, at least I wouldn't have to waste time in college on something I knew I didn't like. Turned out, I actually loved it and was pretty well suited to it. So, off to Boston University's School of Management for a degree in marketing with a minor through the College of Communication in advertising. I took a strange way around, but now I'm an art director with a unique speciality in business development. And I'm lucky that I love it :)
