My opinion, by watching The Cowboys the majority of my 53 years of life, is that the problem is with the offence. The opposing teams have said that they knew the plays from watching the tapes from previous games. That explains why Romo was on his back so much.It doesn't excuse Romos lack of enthusiasum as a team leader. I know he probably doesn't want to be a leader, but , sorry, that's what you get as a Quarterback.His actions in front of the press is a total embarassment to the team and to the entire Dallas Cowboys Organization not to mention the fans.We need to have some Quaterbacks on the team to give him a little competition for his position.
