The law very clearly says in Section 508 §1194.22(l):

When pages utilize scripting languages to display content, or to create interface elements, the information provided by the script shall be identified with functional text that can be read by assistive technology.

So, maybe not so clear, but to paraphrase, any JavaScript used must be useable to screen readers. This means for ten almost ten years in the U.S.A. you can go crazy and use all the JavaScript you want; just do it right so everyone, irregardless of device, can use it.

Re: Discovered : A to Z Twitter Accounts

Early adoption is cool for this respect, and easy to explain, HOWEVER, take a look at our mentions. It's really difficult to have a conversation on twitter due to many twitterers tweeting incorrectly. For some reason, Indonesians like to RT and shorten who they're RT'ing & way too often it shows up in my mentions.

But I do like your post about this. Thank you!

cheers!
@V

Re: Diary of a Detox - Epilogue

I find that when I reduce my intake of caffeine, I have less eczema issues. It's really the only "bad" thing that I consume, too.

I also admire your dedication to concious health.

Cheers!

Re: the 12seconds blog - The 12seconds Song

What are you talking about?
