I've been thinking and here's a great idea. You and your buddies should put pressure on GT to take up these causes. Demand that he take a stand and pushes for impeachment. So, in short, the claim that “everyone agreed” that the evidence of Iraqi WMD was incontrovertible is simply false. It’s another example of the kind of lazy, gullible reporting in the face of a campaign of deliberate deception that got us into this horrific mess in the first place.

Here is the true take away from this story.

Penn State did not cooperate with the CHE on this year's survey despite having done so in recent years. One may reasonably conclude that it failed to comply in order to hide the embarrassing information about the Spanier payout.

Notice that the similarity to the conclusion of the Freeh Report that the Spanier et. al. chose not to report the McQueary witnessed incident to proper authorities in order to hide embarrassing information.

The culture has not changed.

You are simply making a defense case which can be made at trial. And if it is simple as that Penn State has no worries about this one. Just let it go to trial and steamroll McQueary. However, their vigorous efforts to have this thing dismissed indicates that at best that they don't think it's the slam dunk you think it is and at worst fear what will come out in discovery.

Me, I won't try to guess what will happen if it goes to trial, but it sure will be interesting if it gets that far.

This is pretty sad. Penn State couldn't get the suit dismissed. Now they are strongly hinting with this filing, that should this case go to trial, they are going to drag McQueary through the mud, in the hope that they can intimidate him into dropping his suit.

My point is that the high number of people who think that an armed insurrection against the U.S. government might be necessary is most likely is the result of Fox News,in addition to the likes of Limbaugh and Beck, who constantly hammer home the point that Obama is taking away their freedom. So no I don't think that the poll doesn't reflect public opinion on the matter. In fact, frighteningly, I think that it does show that a sizable faction in this Country has been lead to believe in a treasonous response to everyday politics.
