We sampled all day (which never, ever, EVER happens at my store), and...it didn't really pay off. I think we sold maybe 6 or 7. That being said, those who snatched up the samples seemed to enjoy them. Several regulars made reference to Chantico, which...don't remind me.

Hey, the same thing happened to me today! Except I was opening at a store that was not my own, and ended up working 8 hours without a break, as 2 people called in "sick".

And by "sick", I'm pretty sure they meant either:

a) hungover, or
b) floating down the river on a raft drinking alcoholic beverages, since it's 30 degrees celcuis out today.
