I might add that there is an exhibit at UH's MD Anderson Library that takes a retrospective look at Arte Público Press and its place in the larger context of Latina/o literature throughout the 20th century. See: http://weblogs.lib.uh.edu/b...

The speakers are awesome and the topic is very relevant for school and public libraries. It would be a shame not to include this presentation in the lineup.
