Better idea than using a hook (which damages trees) is using a wratchet strap on each end. Make sure the strap is designed for your weight (can be spread across two straps). I can have a hammock set up in two minutes in my favourite beachside spot.

I did a price comparison based on 8 blades in a pack for quattro, 3 and 3 turbo. In all cases, the quattro had more blades: including the "trimmer" on the back. The quattro has an aloe strip, so does the 3 turbo. the 3 is just the blades and indicator.

Prices were (Cnd $): 3 - 20/8, 3 turbo - 26/8, and quattro - 24/8. Base replacement was only moderately more expensive.

I still see gillette come in the fall to universities and give away razors, but i usually see my friends team up to get as many free as possible and get rid of them when finished. And they're up to the fusion for sure.

My mach 3 handle was becoming more bogged down and sticky with who knows what kind of residue, and the shaving "indicators" would wear out (along with the aloe of the mach 3 turbo blades) and result in much facial frustration.

I'm in the boat where I desperately need to get an income to start paying off government loans, but I was still fairly picky in my job search. My biggest learning factor is being able to go into a job interview and being comfortable letting them know that this isn't necessarily your career path. I've been upfront with employers at fast food and retail jobs, and they understand where I'm coming from on that front. Especially since I just spent 40,000 cnd on my education.

I'd be totally useless in NYC without a few days of self-orientation and a really good map and guidebook.

There are some tips I know just from my friend's travel experiences, but I've never been myself. Shame, I know.

- Life and Death of Great American Cities: Jane Jacobs (19 of 30 something chapters)
- Silent Spring: Rachel Carson (10 or so Chapters done)
- Rise of the Creative Class: Richard Florida (Not started)

Those are just the beginning.

Yeah. It doesn't do much if there isn't a good amount of data: local bars 8.75 miles? Nearest grocery isn't actually a grocery store? I would have to go in and do a lot of cleanup to have a correct score.

Depends on how far they travelled. This one is in the Minden Hills area - ie a bit north of kawartha lakes and such, just a bit east of "cottage country" in ontario - so if they did it while cottaging its quite possible.

English courses have some pretty intense reading schedules. Especially literature ones.

I took Amercian Lit and Pop Culture in 2A... there was about 8 books for that one: On the Road, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Left Behind, ... a bunch of others...
