im blown away at some of these new web based apps.... its just a bit sad that so few people outside of the tech industry (who dont need them anyway) know they exist.

I like the look. I didn't like the AIR because of how much the black keyboard stood out. That bothers me less now that its balanced with the black screen - although I still makes it look more like other non-mac laptops than the solid grey did. performance wise its fairly impressive but a little light on new features. Overall great refresh, but I don't think its anything thats going to blow the customers away or impress shareholders.

not the most amazingly entertaining music video, thats for sure, but how many are? as you said, just about pushing the form forward in regards to technology and its relationship to music.

I'm finding the latest generation of Apple gear to take longer for me to get use to in terms of aesthetic. I think thats just because they are needing to break out of a lot of the form factors they themselves created. But even if you go back to the original iPod G1-3 they were pretty weird - white plastic, center mounted headphone, metallic back etc.

To me this supposed new iPod is the same; it looks funny (especially the colors) but i think Apple products are fashion now and tend to set you off before they win you over.
