The resolution, for me, was to turn off the Google "2-steps verification", authenticate from the Note3. Once that worked, I turned the "2-steps verification" back on.

Re: Google Users Suddenly Find Themselves Signed Out Of Their Accounts

The issue that I have is my Note3 won't sync with my Google account. The fact that it makes no difference "with our without the libdvdcss.dll" is a bit puzzling. It should make a difference if the DLL file is present or not. Without the DLL file, the "Title" box will not populate. I tested it this morning.

To troubleshoot this, I would start with the HB and the DLL file.
Check the HB version, start the application, in the menu, click "Help" then "About". I am running version 0.9.9.5530, 64Bit version. Make sure that the DLL matches your HB version (32Bit or 64Bit).

If is still does not work, come back with more specifics about your setup, Operating System, 32 or 64Bit, what title are you trying to rip (BR or DVD). May be one of our savy readers could help out.

As note, if you are ripping a single track, there is no need to "Add to Queue", just click "Start" when you are done with the settings.

Re: Blade Runner Gun Replica Costs Close To A Grand

Good point. You'd spend most of your time zooming in and out or scrolling around to find your icons or "start" button. Like VNC, if you happen to have dual monitors or more, all screens will be displayed on your Chrome Remote Desktop. I wish CRD has the same display options as Teamviewer, where you can select the individual monitor to work on.

While I do like having the option to remote into my home PCs from my Samsung Note3. It has to be the last, last resort.

Re: WD MyCloud 2TB review

There is no native support for what you are looking for. Chrome OS, in the hands of the average user, is more secure than Windows and Mac. However Chrome OS has less functionalities than both of the two other Operating Systems mentioned.
You can have a Windows or a Mac OS as secured as a Chrome OS, if you want to spend the time to do so.

Re: New Samsung ARM Chromebook With Exynos 5 Octa Processor Expected In 2014

Happy New Year Lizard!

Chromebooks have always been missing something to make it the ideal package. For example, Samsung Series 3 is the most balanced from a price/performance/battery/design or appeal standpoint and in that order, to me anyway. Pixel is gorgeous, great performance but the battery life is subpar and the price tag is too high. The HP 11 lacks of punch and battery capacity. Otherwise the price is right and the design is very fun. To me the IPS display is the selling point.

So far, the specs of the new Samsung chromebooks have set my expectations very high. It is like cooking, the ingredients are on the counter, let's see how the dish will come out of the oven.

Re: New Samsung ARM Chromebook With Exynos 5 Octa Processor Expected In 2014

Great news. My understanding is the credit card data is not "kept" by Target.
