Mike, Ben's ring is due to the nucleus that Duquette left. They filled in the pieces. Look at the disaster when they have to build on their own. I discount 2013. No reliable baseball person could see that bunch of ham and eggers winning much when the season started. All the stars were aligned I guess but they showed their true colors this past year.

I have to admit the headline was enough to tell me that this article was most likely not worth reading and not worthy of print. However, if I might just comment on the headline, I find it hard to believe that Mr. Christ would be ok with killing babies. What a crock!

Let's clear up a couple of things here. "the majority of Americans are confused about how best to respond to the Syrian crisis," WRONG. The vast majority of Americans were not confused. Any of the polls will tell you that Americans are opposed to intervention.

"unauthorised military intervention in Syria" HUH? If Congress decides to intervene then it is authorized according to the U.S. Constitution. And as much as the rest of the world would like to tell the US what is in its best interests the UN does not trump the US Constitution.

The US, or any country, has the right to act in its own self defense without the permission of a bunch of third world hell-holes. Mr. Obama, in his ignorance, naivety and arrogance has no argument for this action being in the interests of the United States.
