Intense Debate had a wizard to install, however, it wasn't 100%. Other then that, they are quite similar in their setup. Two placeholders and a script to run.

I'm trying to decide which dashboard is better as well. I like the trackback's on disqus, but not sure that is going to be a deciding factor.

Trackbacks are nice. This is a tough one. I am liking both systems, for different reasons. It appears I need to pick my priorities for the comment system here.
