Macadamia Nut Pancakes are incredible. Usually a lined but worth the wait.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Leonard's Malasadas on Kapahulu Ave. Oahu. Hands up the best manapua ever! Get one for each hand. You'll be glad you did.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Kalua pork soft tacos with shredded cabbage, lime, tomato, salsa and cucumber sauce. So ono!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fish tacos at Bikini Cantina, Aloha Tower Marketplace, Oahu&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Saimen &amp;amp; gyoza from Hokaido Ramen in Kaimuki, Oahu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Rosalini ice cream made on Maui. Onolicious.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mango jam from the Saturday farmer's market at Kapiolani nCommunity College. OM?G good. Buy more than 1 jar!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pasteles and gandule rice from The Pastele Shop on School St. in Kaimuki, Oahu&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;and this is just a few of my favorites.  Hawaii is all about food and diverse ethnicities.
