The controls are hard at first, but once it clicks this game feels incredible and is a must for anyone that actually snowboards. No other game has better feeling corks and rodeos. Also, people are already doing some crazy stuff with the mountain editor.

It's not for everyone. The controls take some time and there could be more of a career mode. But if you just want to get out there and shred an unlimited number of parks and mountains. This game is perfect.

Re: Mark McMorris Infinite Air Review – Infinite Bail (PS4)

Barely even a mention of the random mountain generator/park editor or sharing system? That's like the whole focus of the game.

Re: Mark McMorris Infinite Air Review – Infinite Bail (PS4)

Idk what you're on man, this is by far the closest to Skate a snowboarding game has ever been. It captures the feel of actually riding better than anything else I've ever played. It's got a learning curve for sure. Don't play it like Skate, Infinite Air doesn't use Skate controls, but it has a harsh yet rewarding learning curve much in the same way the first Skate did.

I'm excited for Steep, but that's trying to be a very different kind of snowboarding game than Infinite Air. Steep is very arcady and racing focused, where as Infinite Air is focused on freestyle and feeling more realistic.

I think Infinite Air will cater more to people who actually snowboard, whereas Steep is more focused towards a broader gaming audience.

Re: Mark McMorris Infinite Air Review – Infinite Bail (PS4)

Honestly, this review is rather harsh and misses the point of the game. It captures the feeling of snowboarding more realistically than any other snowboarding game theres ever been. The controls take some time to get used to, but once you do they give you so much control over your riding and style. It's very much a game for people who actually snowboard. Sure the challenges aren't great, but the feeling of riding and the openness of the mountain generator/editor is insane.

This reviewer hardly even mentioned the editor which is literally the focus of the game. That'd be like review Little Big Planet based on just the main game levels, and not considering the level editor and the incredible community content that makes LBP what it is.

Re: 10 Regional Foods

You can get to Canada in less than 2 hours in a large portion of WNY though too..

Re: 10 Regional Foods

Beef on Weck is good, but it does not come close to the Garbage Plate, or even Buffalo Wings.. or hell, even White Hots

Re: Apple Gives Its Retina MacBook Pros a Back-to-School Spec Boost

Adobe Premiere says "hello, it's me you're looking for"

Re: Apple Gives Its Retina MacBook Pros a Back-to-School Spec Boost

So, you put Linux on there?

Re: Nova Launcher Goes Android L With New App Animation, Search Bar, App Drawer Icon, And Folder Preview

Still my favorite launcher, loving all these new additions lately

Re: Prepare the Trees... I think sometime over the christmas break i am gonna try to redo it again if I have time, I still have plans for a complete website overhaul as well as adding an idiot box/complaisant podcast to it, just haven't had the time.

Re: Prepare the Trees...
