If you wash your hands with plain soap and water, avoid touching your face, or wear an N95 respirator mask, you can reduce your exposure in public. It's also important to note that getting sun every day (15 mins or so) will also greatly increase your immunity.</p><p>I have my doubts over the flu shots, there's too many risks associated with them and there's no gauranty that the strain going around will be the one you're vaccinated for.
