If the remake Dawn of the Dead had come out after 300, I would have expected to see a lot more slow motion of zombies running, people shooting, or some other such actiony thing.

I went to the Music Box a while back for some midnight movies, as well as to watch The Girl Who Played with Fire. Great little theater.

I agree with Jason and the events happening in Hollywood that this comic portrays in so many ways right now it's frightening.

In the midwest we say "pop." However, in all of my travels, whenever I say "pop" people tend to have a confused look on their face. I guess it's technically called "soda pop," so either could be acceptable. However, there are some people out there who might confuse "soda" with "baking soda," which if you're trying to order a beverage would result in a not-so-pleasant surprise.

But it could be worse: people could call all carbonated beverages "coke" like those people from the south. Now that's controversial, if you ask me....

Of course, they want to maximize butts in seats - and the best way to do that is with a PG-13 rating!

The plot sounds kind of terrible, but it could be worse...it could take place in the Arctic with two hot and humid-loving aliens battling and humans just so happen to be there at the same time....

What I want to know is if the Queen theme song will still make an appearance in the flick. That song, to me, is synonymous with Highlander and always gets my blood pumping for some awesome sword fights and decapitation sequences!
