Any fitness machines that record, captures personal data, calories etc over a period of time to monitor your progress, not just for one machine, but a series of machines, to help people do better all body workouts. I always find myself snapping pictures and carrying a notebook of my training routines. Would be nice to go to the gym, enter my name on each machine, and at end of workout get a print out of what I did, how long, how many total calories, and info stored online somewhere that I or my trainer could monitor.

i wish i could just snap pictures of everything i put in my mouth for a week, then have someone analyze it for me, and tell me what to get rid of, what to keep, when to eat what, and what goes together.

I like it too, plus the makeup. No disrepect to ur boy Edward, but the last pic u posted with him in it, I wasnt sure if he made you up as if he was making himself up. I liked ur makeup on ur cinderella night. I think that was him too, but i like how u look int his pic.... just looks so much more natural. But what does a str8 dude know?

How to beat a traffic violation without hiring a Lawyer?

1. Depending on the the points. If less than 4 points, go to court and fight it yourself. For showing up, they will usually drop 2 points and you just pay the fine. Your Insurance Co wont increase your insurance for 2 points, and within 1 yr they will be wiped off. There a good chance you will get all 4 points wiped. If they dont you can always appeal, come back, or last case scecerio get a Lawyer. But for 6 points if its less than 4 violations in past 3 yrs, I would fight it myself.

2. If you get more than 4-6 points, and its less than 4th offense, where you went to court to fight it, that doesnt include 1. above, you can plead Guilty for a lesser charge eg "Guilty for unsafe driving". This will cost you a mandatory $200 + Court fees + Ticket Fine. IN NJ/CT/NYC this is $433 ($200+$33+$200)
You can do this. All the points are dropped. This usually works upto 6 point ticket.

3. If it is your 4th offense and you get a ticket upto 6 points, you will automatically get 4 points after your hearing if you go to court and will have to pay the associated fine + court fees.

4. Its always good to know a cop. A buddy cop can get you a PBA Card card. If you are stopped, and you present your PBA, the officer 99% time will not issue a ticket.

5. There are 2 PBA type cards on East coast. The Black PBA can save you if you are issued citation for DUI.

6. Driver's Abstract - This is a complete listing of all your violations. If you have a clean slate but got an outrageous ticket for running a red, this can save you. Present this to the prosecutor, and chnaces are he will forgive you. Your Drivers Abstract is $21.95 available here. A lawyer will charge you $100 for getting this. 7. Try and fight the case yourself first. You will always negotiate with the prosecutor first before facing the judge. If you get a Pr*ck Prosecutor, you can always appeal and reschedule, then call a lawyer, or come back on another day and see a different prosecutor. You can google the courthouse and see the schedule of judge and Prosecutor and try and get another.

8. When you get a 10Pnt Ticket like I did, thats when beg your cop buddy to make that call. Yes, he will call the citation officer and ask the favor have the cop not show up, or to drop the ticket. When the cop doesnt show up, the ticket is dropped. In my case, my Cop Buddy came to court with me. His Seargent sent a Personal Dinner Invation to the Prosecutor for dinner to his house, and my case was dismissed instantly. I had asked all my friends if anyone knew a cop. I met the cop just a few days before court date on FB thru a friend, then met him at a local bar. Told him my story and we became friends.

9. When all else fails, then you hire a Lawyer. Ask the lawyer for a discount upto $100 because you have your Abstract. Tell him you are aware of pleading to "Unsafe Driving" at 0 Points, and show him, so basically you just want him to show up represent you. Hopefully he has other cases. Make sure he practices in the exact same court room. Chances are he knows the judge. Alaways get his lowest price. Dopnt give your credit card just yet. Call 20 Lawyers, and negotiate to the lowest price. At the same time ask them if they will guarentee you 0 points. Most will say flat out they cant guarentee that, but there will be one, that the one you use.

10. Dress professionally, but not too flashy. Tell the Prosecutor you have a Goverment Job, and attend college at night at the local State Community College, and that it was an honest mistake.

Chances are you will walk away without spending a dime and a clean slate on ur drivers license!

Why does work have to be something we hate, or defined as a chore, that we really don't want to do? Why cant it be possible to create a type of work that we actually love to do, to the point that we almost can redefine it as "Fun" or "Vacation" It would almost be great to say. I get paid to have fun 9-5 everyday.
I think Mary is a bit ahead of her time. She has found a niche that doesn't fall under the standard job criteria offered in most school curriculum (accountant, designer, doctor, paralegal), hence, it might be confusing. Thank her not boring you with blogging some of the tedious tasks that go along with self employment such as collecting and sorting expense receipts, filling quarterly taxes, cold calling new clients, and thinking of new concepts for her show.

I might be the first ... I LOVE my job, and have a hard time tearing myself away at the end of the day,
solving problems, and taking peoples boring tasks and converting them to automated processes that can be kicked of remotely from any web browser. Makes me feel good that I can make someones elses life easier !

Hmm, interesting, so it would be nice to implement a web application shopping cart where you could browse greeting cards in advance at ur leisure, assign friends names + address + b-day, affix a stamp from stamps.com, get an email reminder few days before to confirm, use paypal to make the purchase, and have it sent out, either to them via USPS, or to you, so you can hand it in person.
Perhaps rent a coder from rentacoder.com to develop the app for $100 (40,000Rs Indian Currency). Pay some Indian or Russian coder 1 week salary to get the job done !
