Hey, if we're talking narcissism, I'm just gonna go ahead and say that that bowtie one of mine is my favourite tweet (of my own tweets, not the worlds.) It came out of seeing this ad on the bus for some Ottawa Sun columnist with the slogan "First in attitude!" And it was this older, uber-conservative (the Sun? No!?!), bowtie wearing douchebag featured in the ad and, well... you can see how it writes itself.

Sarah's friend Deepa's husband (how's that for a start? I might as well have just said 'some guy'), anyway, David tells a great story about interviewing this girl for some position, and she's got good experience and presents herself well, but she eventually loses out for listing her primary contact e-mail as jabbatheslut@hotmail.com.

Okay, here's why you're awesome. Not only are you posting a shit-ton of posts in a single day, but your keeping up with and responding to all the comments that are coming in. I can seem to manage to respond to comments on my site, and I post about once every eight months. If I were doing this, I'd would totally be, "EVERYBODY FUCK OFF WITH YOUR COMMENTS. I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR IT."

This reminds me of the time I went to Rideau Hall with Sarah and her parents. After walking the grounds and checking out the gardens, Sarah found a very clear shortcut to get back, directly behind a big old Do Not Enter sign. Sarah decided we should go for it, I didn't have a big problem with it, but her parents were like, "Oh... I don't know... we shouldn't... um...there's a sign..." We kept going and Sarah's dad gave in pretty quickly, started to follow. Her mom broke down eventually, but she was so clearly not down with the rule-breaking that it was almost like her legs wouldn't let her do. There were like four very jerky, very slow steps before she finally started walking like a human again.

Incidentally, we did get stopped by security about two-thirds of the way through, but we were all, "We is no supposed to go this way? We no is knowing where we is. We sorry." So, we didn't end up going to the slammer.

Sex/gender - Sarah is always getting this one wrong Like just yesterday, when she was like, "We should go have gender now." And I was like, "Baby, you're mixing up your words again. And also, I can't right now. I'm watching my stories."
