$400 is pretty cheap for a brand new bike with a custom paint job... I've
seen new ones with nicer parts on craigslist for $600 and up.

I think you can change the wheel on this one to free-spinning (like a beach
cruiser) so it won't be as awful and terrifying as a fixie.
