This guy" meaning the Health Inspector need gym time himself. I'm very annoyed that the gyms are closed, they provide more benefits than risks. I've never been in one where distancing would be a problem.

For your information I am comparing only the two communities I am most familiar with, Fall River and New Bedford. Since it seems that Fall River and New Bedford issue a similar number of licenses the type they issue are almost complete opposites. The First Bullet Point is from the FRPD LTC Page.
The Fall River Police Department only issues un-restricted Class A Licenses (All Lawful Purposes).
New Bedford on the other Hand, states this on their checklist,
LETTER to POLICE CHIEF: If you are requesting a LTC with “No Restrictions", you must submit a letter addressed to New Bedford Police Chief Joseph C. Cordeiro, specifying the reasons why you are requesting such a license. NOTE: If you are applying for the “Purpose of Employment” you will also be required to submit a letter from your employer supporting your claim.
It's quite obvious that even though they issue a similar number of LTC's it's very clear that New Bedford issues far fewer un-restricted LTC's while Fall River issues ONLY un-restricted

I got my Pie Yesterday Morning, Verizon is rolling it out, mine is the S9+ so the big phone is getting it now too. I have a colleague who has the Regular S9 and she tried to force a download without success so I guess they haven't reached her Serial Number in the queue. Still evaluating but I did get through the first 25 hours on a charge. Time will tell how well the adaptive battery functions. I suppose there could be a small tweaker file sometime in February or March.

I told someone from VA yesterday when asked how or if one could play a game while armed. I told him I have a MA and VA CCW and I carry everywhere, no restrictions = no exceptions. Haven't heard back from him. Obviously one would need a proper holster to carry while playing sports or going out for a run. But it is done everywhere every day.

Dead on about revealing pre-existing medical conditions. I've been at my current and final job for 20 years. During my initial interview my future boss told me the reason he walked from one area to another during my tour like his pants were on fire was if he couldn't light a fire under me when I was interviewing for a job, how did he expect to be able to do so after I got the job.
I explained I had 2 reasons I was unable to keep foot speed with him. He was a foot taller and I had titanium where my right hip bones used to be. He thanked me for my honesty and asked me if I could start the following Monday. I've been there ever since.

Well said, I'm boycotting everything that is newly broadcast. I have thousands of DVD's and Amazon Prime access. Those royalties have already been doled out so they can't be taken back. He was stating that we don't round up people en masse and lock them up. The people in prison for crimes belong where they are. I will concede that there are far too many drug convictions but we need to separate the violent drug offenders from the casual users. The recreational drug users don't belong in prison but the violent offenders do.
