It seems that the same criticism that Republicans leveled against Obama (i.e., inexperience) and Hillary (i.e., whining about sexism) somehow doesn't apply to Palin. That is, they're claiming that Palin has experience and that the liberal media is treating her unfairly because she's a woman.

And to say to me, "Don't just repeat to me Jon Stewart's thoughts. What are YOUR thoughts?" is not fair. First, what you're doing is implying I don't have any thoughts of my own, before I even have a chance to offer my thoughts. Second, it makes it easy for you to chock up anything I say as a simple regurgitation of Jon Stewart, rather than actually addressing the issue at hand. Third, my comment was directly related to Stewart's clip tonight, so it would be damn near impossible to not bring up his views on the matter, some of which I share.

Also, Jon Stewart didn't really talk about the hypocrisy, he showed numerous video clips illustrating the hypocrisy. It's not really an issue that requires much discussion.

I agree, though, that it was a broad statement and was poorly worded. In the future, I'll try to be more careful with my twitter posts. ;-)

Not syncing automatically can be good thing. Waiting for an iPhone app to sync often keeps me from getting at my lists, articles, etc. while I wait for the sync process to finish. Instapaper doesn't automatically sync; at first I thought this was weird, then I got used to it. Now, I just sync over wi-fi before I leave the house and I don't have to wait for it over Edge. :-)
