It's important to use a limit order in conjunction with a stop loss to control what you pay when you sell.

That's exactly correct. What we meant to convey is that the shipping ETF's performance was reflecting the broader rally in transportation activity! Apologies for not being more clear.

ETF providers all have their index methodologies - some proprietary, some not. If share overvaluation is a concern as it relates to a fund's objective, some providers may have triggers in place that have them moving a stock out of a fund and putting something else in there or reducing its weight while increasing the weight of another position. Other providers may simply leave it in - it varies from ETF to ETF.
