I'd love to see a national council of occupy leadership (think tea party but progressives) comprised of well-known human rights and social activists as well as the courageous whistle-blowers from the various banks and government agencies who were outed by their superiors (I forget their names but these people were profiled on 60 minutes recently). This occupy council could heavily lobby Obama if he gets a second term to shape policy, but they could also nominate and endorse a third party candidate for the election of 2017.

Beautiful sentiment. I spent every summer of my childhood on Greg Lake in New Hampshire. Know the mountains well. I look forward to reading your books, William.

Spot on! I say we organize a new political party around these ideals and principals and put it on the ballot for the next national election. I would vote for this party platform in a heartbeat.
