Stay classy! A guy breaks his collarbone ruining his season and that is your contribution? If I was your father I would be ashamed of the man I raised!

Re: http://www.steephill.tv/2009/tour-de-france/previews-results/stage-09/

I agree with alfbinda. I would like to thank the organizers for sacrificing the excitement on the rest of the stages for a possible showdown at Ventoux. Of course when you don't limit time gaps at the TTT is doesn't matter anyways, so you have to wonder about the thinking. This has basically just ensured that we will have at least a week with nothing big happening in the GC. Awesome! At least we get to watch some amazing scenery and Cavendish and Hushovd are giving us something fun to watch!

Re: http://www.steephill.tv/2009/tour-de-france/previews-results/stage-07/

I think Lance gained some points with his teamates and the rest of the peleton today, while Alberto probably did the opposite, which could affect them both. I think Lance was very careful choosing his words after the race and pointed out that Alberto went against team instructions while he respected the unwritten rules of cycling by not dragging other cyclists up to his teamate. I think the rest of Astana will be less willing to ride for Alberto after he showed he is out on his own, while Lance probably gained even more respect throughout the entire Peleton.

Re: http://steephill.tv/2009/tour-de-france/previews-results/stage-08/

I think Lance gained some points with his teamates and the rest of the peleton today, while Alberto probably did the opposite, which could affect them both.
