Thanks for your comment, Marco. I agree that education is probably not the number one reason more Americans don't drink wine but don't think a wine culture will develop here until wine is destigmatized. Prohibition thinking is still with us and unfortunately too many Americans think wine is for the rich, or special occasions, and not a part of everyday life. And the mixed messages sent by the medical community (wine is good; no, wine is bad; no, it's good for some people) hasn't helped. Perhaps attitudes will change but I think it will take generations.

No, you are thinking about one of the wines of Georges Duboeuf who have featured colorful labels for years. They should not be hard to find in wine stores.

Thank you for stopping by Luc. Your film made me think a lot about my memories with wine from touring Napa Valley in 1981 to introducing my daughter to dry rosé in a 7th arrondissement café this past summer. In many, if not in most of these scenes, the wines have not been what created the memories but they certainly evoke those emotions when we taste them again later.

And I think your English is just fine ;-)

I don't think the iCloud that ships this fall be the the same iCloud in July 2012. It is very likely Apple will add web interfaces to all their services by then but clearly not on the same code-base as Mobile Me. The last 5 years have taught us that Apple starts with the minimum number of features and slowly adds them in incremental product updates. I would expect the same cycle with iCloud.
