How about throwing a welcoming party for people to visit town center for just one day...and give your parking enforcement officers that day off...They are like hyenas out there..., preying on the unsuspecting visitors to make sure they leave the place with a ticket on their windshield....I saw them once issuing tickets left and right within five minutes left on the free parking allocated time...they were having a ball... what do you pay them? ...50% for each ticket they write?

Yes, I'm a crocodile and I can see myself waiting for my food to cross the river and pick the juiciest one . . as in real estate with my own company.. I put myself in position "NOT TO STARVE" and I adapted very well these last few years. .
I think I'm going to buy me some crocodile shoes so I can kick some a$$ on my next listing appointment

It reminds me of the way indian hunters used to get buffaloes. . they get them to stampede towards a cliff and they all fall one by one to their deaths.
Realtors do what other Realtors do. . advertise in magazines, newspapers and they don't realize the big boys have left them years ago. The Internet is the number one place where I advertise my practice in Real Estate in Short Sales for Maryland.I would not think of spending a single dollar in the clasiffieds ads in the Washington Post.
