Casey Anthony isn't the only one. - CSMonitor.com

Simple solution make it a catastrophic reprimand if they are caught. Can you imagine that if you knew that you could face a mandatory 1 year in jail for getting caught without time served or good behavior, what that would do? Either make them figure out how not to get caught or make them simply not lie and take responsibility for their actions. case in point someone has a probation appointment at 2 and you want to go to the beach they ask for you to wait (that gives you like 2-3 hours at the beach) you say NO. they hthink you are being rude. I say they are being taught that all consequences are long term or at minimum have collatoral damage. Make people be responsible for their actions quit babying them.

Re: Recovering from the Ankle Sprain

I was carrying a small table and thought that I was about a foot to the left of where I actually was. I stepped forward thinking that I was still on flat ground. I stepped off the curb (about 4 inches high) and felt my ankle roll along with the outer half of my foot. Did it hurt, oh yeah it hurt a lot. I found I had a grade II sprain. This was better then the break that it felt like I had. The docter told me that it was not far from a fracture but, some rest and an ankle brace or ankle support would do me wonders.
Needless to say that was 5 weeks ago and I am able to walk run and do most things now courtesy of The Liberty DSO which after searching for online I found at an online store called Filermedical.
I had bruising for about 2 weeks and could put no pressure on it for about 10 days. I also refrained from taking the pain medication that was prescribed to me because I felt like if it hurt when I did it (as in moved or put pressure) hen I should not do it so there was no reason to mask or hide the pain.
